Yardi, multifamily property managers move to dismiss putative antitrust class action over pricing software

"Simply put, Plaintiffs have brought a sprawling antitrust conspiracy case against Yardi and 10 of its customers based on nothing more than the fact that those customers independently decided to start using a Yardi product at some point in the past decade," the the defendants told a Washington federal court.
