Nokia, Acacia Research supplement their bid to dismiss Apple's antitrust claims

( May 17, 2017, 00:06 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Nokia, Acacia Research, Core Wireless and their subsidiaries filed replies supporting their motion to dismiss Apple's allegations that they unfairly use Nokia patents to extort high fees from the iPhone-maker. "Apple's Complaint should be dismissed in its entirety because it fails to articulate any cognizable antitrust theory, and fails to adequately plead any breach of contract or unfair competition claim" Nokia argued.
