Nokia, Acacia Research supplement their bid to dismiss Apple's antitrust claims

"Apple's Complaint should be dismissed in its entirety because it fails to articulate any cognizable antitrust theory, and fails to adequately plead any breach of contract or unfair competition claim" Nokia argued.
