The Fiscalia Nacional Económica, or FNE, said the platforms' exclusivity clauses with restaurants have limited the presence of other players in the market. It also said Uber Eats, Rappi, and PedidosYa prohibited some restaurants from offering lower prices on competing apps or their own platforms.
