Consumer plaintiffs in Target data breach litigation say they have established standing to bring their suit against the retailer

The plaintiffs say they suffered concrete injury due to the data breach, including thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges locked up their bank accounts, damaged their credit scores and resulted in everything from missed rent and mortgage payments to one plaintiff who "had trouble putting food on the table for her family during the holidays."Please see attached document...
