Relx UK, Jordan Publishing deal conditionally cleared in the UK

( January 14, 2016, 13:50 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority has accepted the remedies put forward by Relx UK — trading as LexisNexis — to allay antitrust concerns arising from its acquisition of Jordan Publishing. LexisNexis has offered to sell one title each in the field of children’s law, matrimonial property law and family court reports. It has also agreed to sell three family-law titles and to license certain family-law precedents to Bloomsbury Publishing.
