Lufthansa's German state aid gets EU approval

The controversial 6 billion-euro investment comes on top of a 3 billion-euro loan guarantee that the state aims to offer as apart of a previously approved package. The measure has been approved under the EU's temporary state aid framework, the EU's competition watchdog said today.
