ENRC will appeal UK court's 'surprise' ruling on privilege dispute

( May 9, 2017, 15:50 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Eurasian National Resources Corporation has said it will appeal a UK court decision that ruled the company can't claim legal professional privilege over a number of documents currently sought by the Serious Fraud Office. A spokesman for ENRC said the company was "surprised" by the ruling. "This is unprincipled and illogical," said Graham Huntley, a lawyer for ENRC.
