The Korea Communications Commission said in a statement today the action follows an investigation into Adobe's online service-fee operations and refund policies, which revealed that users faced a 50 percent penalty under the “annual plan paid monthly” option if they canceled after 14 days. Additionally, for the prepaid annual plan, Adobe did not refund any part of the fee upon cancellation after 14 days.
