Tyco, Quadrac and others should be fined in telecom components cartel probe, Brazilian antitrust investigators say

( December 20, 2018, 13:56 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Araguaia Indústria Comércio e Serviços, Quadrac Telecomunicações e Informática, Redex Telecomunicações and Tyco Electronics Brasil, as well as six individuals linked to them, should be fined for taking part in an electronic telecom components cartel, Brazilian antitrust investigators have said. The CADE Superintendence also recommended that the case of individual defendant Rogério Diniz de Oliveira be closed for lack of evidence, and that the case of all the other cartel participants be closed because they settled with the authority.
