Judge refuses to reconsider order in North Carolina acupuncture antitrust suit

Osteen has denied the North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board's request for reconsideration of an order that did not dismiss claims that the board and its members conspired to limit competition in the market for dry needling service.
