Singapore’s Competition Commission consults on acquisition of RadLink by Parkway

( October 21, 2014, 10:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Competition Commission of Singapore is seeking public comment on the proposed acquisition of RadLink-Asia and its subsidiaries by Medi-Rad Associates, a subsidiary of Parkway. RadLink is a radio diagnostic imaging service provider owned by Fortis Healthcare. Parkway operates hospitals, primary care clinics, and radiology and imaging service laboratories in Singapore.
