Menzies gets UK green light to buy ASIG

( April 25, 2017, 09:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Menzies Aviation has received clearance to buy aviation services company ASIG Holdings from BBA Aviation, after offering concession to the UK's competition authority. The Competition and Markets Authority today said it accepted Menzies' offer to sell ASIG's ground-handling business at Aberdeen Airport to Dalcross Handling to remedy competition concerns.  The statement follows....
