Sony faces PlayStation mass claim after UK antitrust court approves suit for trial

However, the ruling also said the class as defined in the suit has to be revised. Class representative Alex Neill argues Sony breached competition rules by abusing its market dominance to restrict its games ecosystem, leading to the unlawful overcharge of consumers. Neill is representing nearly 9 million PlayStation users in the UK, and argues they have a claim to up to 5 billion pounds in damages.Ruling attached....
