Bunge, Viterra file paperwork for merger in Brazil

It is unknown whether they filed paperwork using the fast-track procedure or a full-form notification. Bunge is traded on the New York Stock Exchange; Viterra is a private company, with main shareholders being Glencore PLC, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation.OJ statement follows in Portuguese....
