Delivery Hero fined in South Korea for restricting restaurants’ right to set prices

The Korea Fair Trade Commission found that the company had prevented the owners from selling food in their own restaurants, or through other delivery services, at lower prices than those sold on Yogiyo, Delivery Hero’s food-delivery app. Delivery Hero Korea has been hit by fines of 468 million won ($382,754) and corrective orders for abusing its superior bargaining position with local restaurant owners....
