Advocate General Giovanni Pitruzzella said a 2020 judgment from the lower-tier General Court  — which handed Apple and Ireland a huge victory  — contained errors and should be set aside.Apple and Ireland should go back before lower court judges to re-argue their appeal against a European Commission order to pay back around 13 billion euros ($13.9 billion) in unpaid taxes, according to a legal opinion for the Court of Justice....
