( October 19, 2012, 15:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: In a second joint case managment statement, plaintiff Charlotte Smith alleges that eBay violated federal and state antitrust laws by requiring that eBay customers use PayPay, which is owned by eBay, to buy products. That monopoly, plaintiffs say,created and maintains an adverse effect on competition.  as the tying arrangement either harms existing competitors and creates barriers to entry to new competitors. eBay says it is not a monopolist and has not  engaged in predatory conduct.Please see attached document...
