By Paula Mariane ( November 6, 2023, 16:53 GMT | Insight) -- Gas distributor Supergasbras has appealed the Brazilian competition authority’s approval of a planned joint venture between Oiltanking Logística Brasil, Queiroz Participações (GEQ) and Copa Energia Distribuidora de Gás in the liquefied petroleum gas market. The Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, unconditionally cleared the deal on Oct. 17.
