Cyber Resilience Act should cover all products, services across entire lifecycle, Dutch paper says

The act’s coverage should be irrespective of whether the purpose is consumer or industrial; should cover the entire lifecycle of digital products and services; and should target the manufacturers and providers of ICT products, processes and services, the government said.
