Ellucian deal faces UK national security probe, Tribal says, adding closure now expected in 2024

They have also extended their timetable for closing the deal until the first quarter of 2024, according to shareholder communications, and specified that the deal will be abandoned if it does not receive early antitrust approval in the UK.
