UK police association faces thousands-strong data lawsuit next month

Kingsley Hayes, of law firm Keller Lenkner, told MLex that the firm expects to file an application to the High Court next month, and that as many as 25,000 people could join the lawsuit. A UK association of police officers in England and Wales faces the start of a data breach claim from as many as 25,000 of its members, according to the lead lawyer for the claimants....
