The deal has been signed by both governments but must still be ratified to apply. Members of the international agreements committee in the House of Lords, the UK's unelected upper house, will question experts on the deal from this week and have issued a call for evidence on how far the deal reaches the UK's negotiating objectives. Statement follows....
