Purchase of Carguero shares needs no further review by CADE Tribunal, Councilor Ravagnani finds

By Ana Paula Candil ( January 10, 2022, 21:02 GMT | Insight) -- The purchase of shares in logistics firm Carguero Inovação Logística e Serviços by three companies doesn`t need to face an additional review by the Brazilian competition authority, agency Councilor Sérgio Costa Ravagnani has found. The National Confederation of Autonomous Transporters, or CNTA, filed an appeal against the approval of the deal by the agency's Superintendence last month. Ravagnani’s decision must be ratified by the Tribunal.
