Luxottica's acquisition of Barberini wins conditional approval in Italy

( November 22, 2018, 22:30 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Glasses maker Luxottica has won conditional approval from Italy's antitrust watchdog for its plans to acquire exclusive control over Barberini, the world's leading optical glass sun-lens manufacturer.
