Quanta appeals district court order to turn over assets to HP following $438.6 million antitrust loss

( May 15, 2020, 00:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Quanta Storage is appealing a series of orders from a federal judge in Houston requiring the company to turn over assets to Hewlett-Packard following Quanta's loss at trial last year in a price-fixing case over optical disk drives. Quanta is already appealing the damages award which it says is more than the value of its business, but is required to turn over its assets before that appeal is decided. If it succeeds on its damages appeal, it won't be required to turn over any assets.See document below....
