The suggestions include the UK publishing as soon as possible its most-favoured-nation tariff schedule, to analyze which goods are considered “at risk” of entering the Single Market. The CER paper also recommends reducing paperwork and physical checks to a minimum: for instance, the UK could reach an agreement with the EU on security declarations, just like Switzerland....
