Google's patent dispute with Vederi sent back to PTO by Federal Circuit

Google allegedly infringed the patents through its Street View Service and Google challenged their validity. The panel refused to adopt the board’s construction of the “moving” limitation in the patent and ruled that because it is found in each claim at issue, the board needs to analyze the validity of all challenged claims under the new constructions....
