Pharmaceutical Transo-Pharm, two individuals settle antitrust probe in Brazil

Transo-Pharm Handels-GmbH and the individuals were under scrutiny for allegedly engaging in an international cartel that had an impact in Brazil involving the production and sale of Scopolamine-n-Bromethobutyl. The investigation into them will be suspended until the case is definitively ruled on by the Tribunal of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, when their compliance with the agreement will be assessed....
