Trust linked to Low family files claim in 1MDB-related Park Lane hotel forfeiture

( March 24, 2017, 22:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A Cayman Islands trust that holds the interests of family members of Malaysian financier Jho Low has filed claims to an interest in the Park Lane Hotel, a New York building entangled in the 1MDB forfeiture case brought by the US Department of Justice. A federal judge recently agreed that the trust could file late claims after previous trustees refused to file a timely claim and the Low family beneficiaries replaced them.  See document below....
