JFTC says it seeks fair competition in all sectors, including agriculture

Nakajima made the remarks in response to a question concerning the trade commission’s recent issuance of a warning against an agricultural cooperative in northern Japan for fixing sales commissions for rice. Nakajima said agricultural cooperatives could be exempt from the application of antitrust law in some cases.
