PKN Orlen cites Covid-19, EU jurisdiction question in defense of Lotos deal

The Polish oil refiner also said the European Commission has yet to show that it has jurisdiction to review the deal, as it hasn’t properly assessed whether PKN Orlen and Lotos are controlled by the Polish state.
