ComScore-Rentrak deal cleared by US antitrust authorities

( November 24, 2015, 16:29 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Internet ratings company comScore and rival Rentrak have received antitrust clearance in the US for their merger, the companies announced in a statement Tuesday. The waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act has expired, satisfying one of the conditions required to finalize the deal, they said.
