​China’s Trina Solar agrees to pay $45 million to settle antitrust dispute with Solyndra

( November 24, 2015, 10:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Trina Solar, a Chinese manufacturer of photovoltaic solar panels, has reached a settlement agreement with US solar manufacturer Solyndra under which Trina Solar will pay $45 million, Trina Solar said in a statement. Solyndra filed a lawsuit in a Californian court in 2012 in which it accused Trina Solar of antitrust violations. The parties have agreed to drop the claims under the settlement agreement.
