Korea Fair Trade Commission conditionally clears NXP-Freescale merger

By Ron Lubosco ( November 23, 2015, 07:27 GMT | Insight) -- The Korea Fair Trade Commission today conditionally cleared the complete acquisition of Freescale Semiconductors Ltd. by NXP Semiconductors N.V. The conditional clearance requires NXP to sell off its radio frequency power-transistor business to a third party within six months.
