Out of the 18 companies that were punished, 15 claimed that the KPPU did not have valid evidence to prove the allegations of collusion. A lawyer for state-owned manufacturer Industri Kereta Api, Pebri Kurniawan, said the similarity in IP addresses for companies that logged in to the procurement website was not valid evidence. Meanwhile, bus supplier San Abadi defended itself by saying that it did not participate in the procurement tender....
