E.On, Innogy agree on integration plans, cost savings after merger

( November 12, 2018, 12:27 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: E.On and Innogy said they're making progress on their integration. The combined company will be called E.On. The compay will retain German E.On's structures for regional suppliers and the German Innogy regional companies. A structure comparable to E.On's regional utilities will be established in Innogy's "core supply area." E.On and Innogy said the merger will lead to between 600 million euros and 800 million euros in annual cost savings starting in 2022.Full press release below:...
