Peru's Indecopi delays deadline for public comments on proposal to strengthen agency's autonomy

( May 4, 2020, 15:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Peruvian competition authority has postponed its deadline to May 15 to receive public comments from companies and lawyers about the agency's proposal to strengthen its institutional autonomy. The Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propriedad Intelectual, or Indecopi, decided to delay submissions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
