( November 7, 2018, 23:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The former co-president of TLI last month was offered a plea agreement in his Foreign Corrupt Practices Act case, but declined to take it, a court filing said. Mark Lambert has pleaded not guilty to FCPA violations in a scheme that bribed Russian officials to obtain contracts for his trucking company TLI to transport nuclear fuel. "In October 2018, the Government offered Mr. Lambert a second plea, which Mr. Lambert also rejected. The parties do not anticipate a plea agreement in this case and are preparing for trial," the status report said.
