TTIP investment protection and court system proposal finalized by EU

( November 12, 2015, 11:35 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Union today finalized its proposal for a new approach on investment protection and investment dispute resolution, as part of EU-US trade talks. The proposal foresees a new stance on investment protection and a more transparent system for resolving disputes between investors and countries. The new system would replace the current investor-to-dispute settlement mechanism in all ongoing and future EU trade and investment talks.
