The legal feud between Meru and Uber took a new turn on Wednesday when an Indian tribunal reignited the eight-year-old antitrust case and issued notices to Uber and the Competition Commission of India to respond to an appeal Meru filed in 2021. However, the loophole in India's competition law not recognizing the concept of collective dominance might once again stymie Meru’s efforts.
