Craft brewers still concerned about AB InBev-SAB Miller after proposed US divestiture

( November 11, 2015, 20:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Anheuser-Busch InBev's proposed merger with SABMiller is still concerning despite AB InBev's pledge to sell SABMiller's stake in the MillerCoors joint venture in the US, said the head of the Brewers Association, a trade group for craft beer companies, in a statement Wednesday. "ABInBev is still by far the largest brewer and beer distributor in the United States. It is vital for the continued success of small brewers that we have access to market with an independent and competitive middle distribution tier," said Bob Pease, the association's CEO.  Statement follows in full....
