Bauhaus-Knauber deal wins antitrust clearance in Germany

These premises are located in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Bonn-Endenich, Bergisch Gladbach-Bensberg and Pulheim. The deal doesn't lead to any critical market positions because there are plenty of such stores in the Cologne/Bonn region, the watchdog's chief Andreas Mundt said, therefore sufficient competition would remain after the transaction.
