Real estate brokers, auto service shops in China's Shanghai receive personal-data protection checks

Previous testing found the real estate brokers had issues in collecting personal data and the auto stores disturbed users with personal-information collection requests. The on-site checks did not find issues related to storage and use of consumers’ personal data, the Internet regulator said.
