KFTC denies reports Kumho Petrochemical’s spin off from Kumho Asiana Group has been completed

( November 5, 2015, 09:58 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Korea Fair Trade Commission has denied local media reports that the split between Kumho Petrochemical Group and Kumho Asiana Group has been completed. It was reported that eight affiliates of Kumho Petrochemical had been excluded from Kumho Asiana.
