Pharol challenges revised fine for non-compete deal at EU court

The contested penalty on both operators totals around 79 million euros, a slight reduction on the original. Pharol's arguments include that the commission should have adopted a new Statement of Objections, as the revised decision introduced a fresh interpretation of the non-compete clause.
