Gemini Polska wins conditional approval to take over two pharmacy operators

( September 25, 2023, 10:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Pharmacy operator Gemini Polska may take over two rivals located in the city of Gdynia, northern Poland, the national competition authority said today. To win approval to acquire Apteka Wrzeszcz and Apteka Trójmiasto, Gemini has agreed to sell three other premises. Gemini owns 96 pharmacies and runs a franchise network of a further 180.
