Judge remands Six4Three's trademark litigation against Facebook to state court

( February 17, 2017, 22:30 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: US District Judge William Alsup has granted Six4Three's motion to remand its trademark case against Facebook to San Mateo County Superior Court. Alsup said Six4Three's complaint "does not 'necessarily raise'" a federal question, but he denied Six4Three's motion for attorneys' fees and costs as the order "cannot conclude that Facebook lacked an objectively reasonable basis for removal." See document below. ...
