Tenet Healthcare, United Surgical Partners International file answer to amended complaint over no-poach agreement

( November 17, 2021, 21:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Tenet Healthcare and United Surgical Partners International have filed their answer to a consolidated and amended class action complaint accusing them of engaging in illegal no-poach agreements. USPI says it self-reported to the DOJ that it had entered into an agreement with another company, Surgical Care Affiliates, not to actively solicit each other's employees, but denies the existence of a conspiracy as alleged in the complaint.
