Oracle seeks permanent injunction against Rimini Street business software services

Hicks to grant a permanent injuction blocking Rimini from offering a number of software support services. "Rimini built a business through pervasive, undisputed, and unauthorized downloading and copying of Oracle’s software and support materials," Oracle said in the motion, referencing its PeopleSoft-, JD Edwards-, and Siebel-branded application software.See document below....
