PostNord Logistics’ EU state aid decision partially overturned by General Court

( September 13, 2023, 09:57 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The EU General Court today partially annulled the European Commission's decision in 2020 that Danish and Swedish support to PostNord Logistics did not amount to state aid. The support included a capital injection worth 115 million Danish kroner (around $17 million). The court annulled the decision to the extent that the commission had concluded the absence of state aid with regard to the capital injection, without starting a formal state aid probe. The ruling was made on appeal by logistics company Danske Fragtmænd and industry association ITD.The judgment is attached. Case reference is T-525/20.  ...
